I have the honour to report that I have granted

to Mr. T. K. Dealy, Headmaster of Queen's College, a pension at the rate of £432 0 O per annum with effect from the 14th. July next, and that the Crown Agents for the Colonies have been instructed to issue payments to him as they fall

due.

I have also granted him prior to his retirement from the service 2 months' leave of absence on full pay, to commence on the 14th. May last.
